A recent successful test on black sheet metal workpieces supplied by a Polish customer has confirmed the effectiveness of the Madora deburring machine. Equipped with two machining units, the GP1000ZZ deburring machine made it possible to precisely and effectively remove any unwanted impurities from the edges of the workpieces. This process was carried out consecutively: - with descaling discs - with 60‘’ grit deburring discs made from zirconia cloth and sandpaper, and is important for improving the appearance of the workpieces, but also has a beneficial effect on their further processing in the production process.
The machine is designed to remove scale(slagging) and burr as well as round off edges, which is key to improving the quality and aesthetics of finished products.
